Lynn Sautter Beal

Lynn Sautter Beal currently serves as the Podcast Host for the Leaders in Lending Podcast, where discussions focus on digital transformation, AI, and innovation in consumer lending. As Vice President and Head of Lender Services at Upstart since August 2019, Lynn has been integral in scaling the company from over 200 to more than 2000 employees, overseeing implementation, customer success, and the Diligence team to enhance AI lending and SaaS platform offerings. Prior experience includes roles at J.P. Morgan in data analytics and product solutions, and at Nationwide Financial as Product Director for fixed/stable value solutions. Lynn's educational background includes a Master of Science in Data Science from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Otterbein University.
