Meredith Lucke

Meredith Lucke is the Head of Product Operations at Upstart since September 2021 and previously served as Vice President of Product Operations at LendKey Technologies, Inc. from November 2015 to September 2021. At LendKey, Meredith held several leadership roles focused on client services and implementation, overseeing the delivery of product implementations and serving as the primary contact for clients. Prior experience includes functioning as an Analytics Officer at Radius Bank, where customer insights guided the development of innovative products, and a Marketing Specialist role at Steck Manufacturing, Inc., where data analytics informed strategic decisions. Meredith holds a B.S. in Business Administration, specializing in Operations and Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the University of Dayton.
