Paul Turnpaugh

Paul Turnpaugh is currently serving as the Lead HR Business Partner for Tech at Upstart since August 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at Apple as a People Business Partner and at GE as an HR Business Partner. Paul also has experience as an HRLP at Gexpro and has a background in Labor Relations and Human Resources, having obtained a Master's degree from Michigan State University in 2008. Their educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Michigan State University. In addition, they gained experience as an HR Intern at OnStar in 2007.
