Taten Soltis

Taten Soltis currently serves as Vice President of Servicing at Upstart since February 2024 and is also a Member at Chief since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Affirm from August 2019 to January 2024, overseeing customer operations, fraud operations, merchant operations, and program management, while actively participating in diversity and inclusion initiatives. Taten's earlier roles include Senior Director of Operations and Director of Customer Operations at ModCloth from July 2015 to July 2019, and various positions at Verizon from October 2006 to July 2015, culminating in Senior Analyst roles. Taten holds a Master of Science in Education from Drexel University and three Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology, Criminal Justice, and Law & Society from Penn State University.
