Noam Lindenbaum has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Youth Shadow at Congregation Rinat Yisrael, where they provided support and friendship to two children with special needs. From 2015 to 2018, Noam served as a Camp Counselor at Camp Moshava IO, taking on a management position and overseeing the wellbeing and relationships of campers and staff. In 2018, they worked as a Hebrew Teacher at B'nai Jeshurun, teaching Hebrew language skills. In 2019, Noam served as an Administrative Intern at Sar High School. From 2020 to the present, they joined UpStart as a Salesforce Specialist and later transitioned to roles in Program Operations and Production & Experience, where they managed program logistics and facilitated engaging experiences. Noam's work experience demonstrates their passion for education, youth development, and creating impactful programs.

Noam Lindenbaum attended Sar High School from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a High School Diploma. Later, from 2017 to 2021, Noam studied at Columbia University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. Additionally, during the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Ethnic, Cultural Minority, Gender, and Group Studies from The Jewish Theological Seminary (JTS).
