Lester Marshall

Lester Marshall has extensive experience in the food production industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc., where responsibilities include ordering essential ingredients such as fructose, sucrose, corn syrup, raw milk, and cream. Prior to this role, Lester held multiple positions at Schneider Valley Farms Inc., including Assistant Controller, where management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting were key duties. Additionally, Lester worked at Dean Foods as a Plant/Sanitation Supervisor and previously as a Production Supervisor/Planner at Schneider Valley Farms.
