Atleast between 4 - 12 yrs of total work experience in sales and people management (Field working)

Key Accountabilities

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing network of City Managers who would eventually expand company’s MFDs network.

  2. Training and Development: Implement a comprehensive onboarding program to equip agents with product knowledge, sales techniques, and technological proficiency. 

  3. Business Management: Co-ordinate with your team to pilot & scale new initiatives to help them achieve their business targets and enhance their sales capabilities.

  4. Agent Performance Management: Establish clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets for agents, aligned with Upstox's growth objectives.

  5. Cross-collaboration: Collaborate with the central marketing, ops and sales teams to develop localized strategies and campaigns to drive agent multiple business objectives.

  6. Operations and Compliance Management: Ensuring quality deliverables with strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to the distribution of financial products.
