Krupa Rao

Krupa Rao has over a decade of experience in the recruitment and immigration field, currently serving as a Trainee Recruiter and Immigration Specialist at UpStream Global Services since January 2013. Prior to this role, Krupa held the position of Assistant Unit Manager at MphasiS from April 2009 to January 2013, where management of a team of 20 members and responsibility for service levels were key duties. Krupa began the professional journey as a Senior Technical Support representative at Bharti Infotel Ltd from March 2008 to April 2009, working for the leading telecom company in South Asia. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Computer Science from Karnatak University, completed between 2004 and 2007, along with education from Girls Junior College.
