Hugh Middlebrooks

Hugh Middlebrooks currently serves as the General Counsel & Chief Legal Officer at Upstream Rehabilitation, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Hugh spent over a decade at Ascension, where responsibilities included serving as National Lead for Mergers, Acquisitions & Joint Ventures and holding various Chief Legal Officer positions across Southeast and Florida markets. Hugh's legal career began at Foley & Lardner LLP as an Associate, followed by a partnership at Williams Parker. Hugh earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.
