Karly Cordell

Karly Cordell currently serves as a Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner at Upstream Rehabilitation, focusing on recruiting outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapists in Middle Tennessee, Southern Indiana, and Southern Kentucky. Prior to this role, Karly was the Senior Recruitment Team Lead for Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers division, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of recruiters in support of outpatient opioid treatment programs nationwide.
