Amir Shklarsky

Amir Shklarsky is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in big data and enterprise solutions. Currently serving as Software Engineering Group Manager at Upstream Security since November 2018, Amir has also held roles as Software Engineering Team Lead and Software Engineer in the company. Prior to Upstream Security, Amir worked as a Big Data Engineer at StartApp, utilizing technologies such as Scala, Kafka, and Spark. Amir's earlier experience includes software engineering at LivePerson, where responsibilities included developing a high availability asynchronous messaging platform and managing support operations. Amir holds a degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, and has studied at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
