Noa Menes

Noa Menes is a Marketing Communications Specialist at Upstream Security since March 2022, previously serving as a Human Resources Administrator. Prior experience includes roles such as Rehabilitation Instructor at Balance Treatment Center, where psychological assistance was provided to patients with mental disorders, and Childcare Provider and Guide at The Center for Treatment and Study of Autism, focusing on customizing care plans for children. Noa also worked as an Autism Integration in Workplace Specialist at Alut, developing work plans for adults in the autism community, and held multiple positions in the IDF Spokesperson's Unit, including Commander and marketing and public relations coordinator. Currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Bar-Ilan University, Noa holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
