Carolina Aparicio

Carolina Aparicio is the Director of Training Design at Upstream USA. In this role, she oversees the design and development of Upstream’s blended learning training program for care teams at health centers across the country.

Prior to joining Upstream in 2018, Carolina spent a decade in the nonprofit sector, working for organizations serving incarcerated people, domestic violence survivors, immigrants, and torture survivors. She has worked in roles ranging from training design and facilitation, communications and marketing, and development. She is passionate about learning design and storytelling.
