Elizabeth G. Henry

Elizabeth Henry, DrPH, MHS, is the Director of Learning & Outcome Studies for Upstream USA. In this role she provides strategic monitoring, evaluation, learning, and research leadership for program delivery improvement and organizational learning activities.

Dr. Henry is an evaluation researcher with expertise in designing and conducting large-scale, mixed-methods impact and process evaluations of maternal and reproductive health programs. Dr. Henry builds partnerships with governments, donors, universities, community representatives and program implementers and collaboratively generates evidence to inform public health policy and programming, translating results into actionable recommendations to advocate for change.
