Megan Flanagan

Regional Director Of Partnerships, West at Upstream USA

Megan Flanagan currently serves as the Regional Director of Partnerships, West at Upstream USA, where the focus is on enhancing equitable access to contraceptive care. Since February 2015, Megan has operated as a coach, speaker, and consultant at Inspired Well-being Solutions LLC, providing individualized coaching and workshops aimed at fostering purpose in professional settings. Additionally, Megan contributes as an Assistant Track & Field and Cross Country Coach at Green Mountain High School. Previous roles include serving as a Contributing Writer for Outside, an Account Executive, and Workforce Health Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, and founding the women's running community, Strong Runner Chicks. With a strong background in wellness consulting at PacificSource Health Plans and Moda Health, and experience from the Utah Department of Health, Megan blends expertise in health promotion and performance coaching. Megan holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Utah State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Psychology, and Business Marketing Education from the University of Minnesota.
