Michaela Fogarty

Michaela Fogarty is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist at Upstream USA since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Data Manager in the Division of Global Women’s Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Bill & Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health. Michaela has also served as an Economist II and Economist I at RTI International, and worked as a Data Analysis and Visualization Specialist at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Academic credentials include a Master of Health Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from Elon University, along with a semester abroad at Universidad de Sevilla.
