Julien Bianchi

Julien Bianchi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Upstream Vision since October 2024, Julien focuses on advancing patient engagement and decentralized clinical trials through blockchain innovation. Previously, Julien held the position of SVP of Global Customer Success and Transition Manager at Cenareo, overseeing the integration of multiple teams post-acquisition. As the former Chief Executive Officer of Easy Movie from January 2017 to June 2023, Julien led the company’s significant growth and ultimately its sale to Cenareo. Julien's career also includes key positions at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager, co-founding the first fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain in France, and working in M&A at UBS Investment Bank. Julien holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris and a Classe préparatoire from Lycée Janson de Sailly.
