Konstantinos Kiamos

Konstantinos Kiamos's work experience includes founding and leading UPSTREET, a property management company focused on the flexible rental market. Konstantinos has also served as a board member and co-founder at 3NK Engineers & Architects, where they managed residential and commercial building projects. Prior to that, they worked as a civil engineer and civil structural engineer at ADK Consulting Engineers S.A. Additionally, Konstantinos has worked as an independent consultant, conducting architectural and structural design on small-scale building projects and serving as a construction and project manager. Konstantinos has also held research positions at the National Technical University of Athens, where they focused on transportation planning and engineering and geotechnical engineering. Konstantinos started their career with an internship at Athena s.a.

Konstantinos Kiamos completed their education in a chronological order. Konstantinos first attended the National Technical University of Athens from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering. Later, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Construction Economics and Management at UCL.

In addition to their formal education, Konstantinos obtained several certifications. In March 2005, they became a Certified Civil Engineer through the Technical Chamber of Greece. Then, in November 2013, they acquired the certification of Valuer in Real Estate Property from PEOPLECERT. Finally, in June 2014, they obtained the Certified Property Valuer certification from the Ministry of Finance, Hellenic Republic.
