Nour Alnuaimi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Startup & VC Advisory, Nour provides guidance to CEOs, management teams, and investors. As the Founder and CEO of Upsurance from January 2020 to July 2024, Nour developed a next-generation B2B marketplace in commercial insurance. Prior roles include Principal in Venture Capital & Growth Equity at The Capital Partnership, where investments focused on B2B marketplace and SaaS startups, and Senior Associate in Private Equity at Mubadala, where Nour finalized acquisitions and managed a significant restructuring project. Nour's career began at Standard Chartered Bank as Associate Director in Credit Trading, trading Emerging Markets bonds. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance from American University of Sharjah.
