Brian Prater is an account manager at UpSwell. Brian previously worked as a locate technician at USIC from February 2016 to September 2017 and as a sales consultant at AT&T from October 2011 to November 2015.
At USIC, Brian was responsible for the correct, safe, and efficient locating of underground utilities including currently telecommunications, cable tv, and gas. Brian also maintained a safe environment to work in by looking around and checking on their surroundings at all times.
At AT&T, Brian served as a frontline telecommunications expert in a call center environment to over 900,000 small business customers. Brian handled billing, ordering, and repair matters while using appropriate techniques to recommend and sell a variety of products and services to meet customers’ needs. Brian also delighted and built relationships with each customer they handled. Brian was always performing above par as top 5% in the nation and they exceeded all targets in sales and customer service. Brian was also picked to join a call with upper management to share success sales tips for our leading product Uverse Broadband. In addition, they assisted Management with contest ideas to drive sales and service and motivation. Brian was hand selected for mentoring new hires.
Brian Prater studied industrial electronics technology and technician at the Community College of the Air Force. Brian then pursued a degree in general studies at Georgia Northwestern Technical College.
Brian Prater reports to Tom Entz, Senior Account Manager. They are on a team with Kimberley Taylor - Account Support Specialist, Mari Allison - Account Manager, and Sandi Fahmy - Account Manager.
