Yves Tkaczyk

Yves Tkaczyk is the current VP of Software & Engineering at Upswing. Prior to joining Upswing, Tkaczyk served as the SVP of Software Engineering and Board Member at Viwa from July 2006 to June 2021. In this role, Tkaczyk was responsible for leading and managing all software development and release initiatives for the company. Yves was also a member of the board of directors, including a term as Chair.

Under Tkaczyk's leadership, the software development team at Viwa designed and implemented a proprietary customer portal that had an uptime of 99.95% and a customer retention rate of 99%. Yves also oversaw the development and launch of several line-of-business software applications and tools.

Prior to their role at Viwa, Tkaczyk served as the Product Director at Zephyr Associates, Inc. from April 1999 to July 2006. In this role, they were responsible for defining the product vision and ensuring its implementation. Yves also led a team of software engineers in developing and launching several software products.

Tkaczyk began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Ericsson in July 1998. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of software engineers in developing telecom solutions.

Yves Tkaczyk has an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, as well as an M. Eng. in Production Engineering, Digital Signal Processing, and Computer Science from the Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers. Yves also has various certifications from Microsoft, Scrum Alliance, and Coursera.
