Serhii Hladchenko

Serhii Hladchenko has been in the finance industry since 2008. Serhii began their career at OJSC “BANK of CYPRUS” as a Senior Officer of Division for Lending to Legal Entities of Directorate for Lending Transactions. In 2010, they moved to PJSC “VAB Bank” as the Head of loan analysis of Directorate for Lending to Corporate Client. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Head of Small and Medium Business Loan Division at PJSC Unison Bank, where their official duties included forming target indicators, managing activities of regional structural divisions, market analysis of banking products and services, developing new sales channels, analyzing loan-worthiness of prospective borrowers, and developing strategic objectives on activity and development of corporate business. In 2017, they co-founded MO.CASH and currently serves as the Business/System Analysis at upSWOT since 2019.

Serhii Hladchenko's education history began in 1993 when they attended Chernihiv General Education School No. 2. Serhii then moved on to Chernihiv Lyceum 11 from 1996 to 2003. In 2003, they enrolled in Chernihiv State Institute of Economics and Management, where they studied Banking Business in the Academic Department of financial and economic until 2008. In 2010, they attended the National Center for Bank Employee Training in Ukraine together with British Consultancy Charitable Trust (Great Britain). Finally, in 2015, they attended Project Management Institute (Pennsylvania, USA).
