Sviatoslav Kobylchenko has extensive experience working as a Business Analyst in various organizations. Sviatoslav started their career in 2007 at PJSC Swedbank, where they held multiple roles in the debt recovery department and problem loans analysis unit. In 2010, they joined Raiffeisen Bank Aval as the senior analyst-deputy head of the SME portfolio management team, where they were responsible for credit portfolio management, reporting, and participation in various projects. In 2017, they joined Credit Agricole Ukraine as a Business Analyst in the Department of Projects and Innovations, focusing on identifying business needs and goals and collaborating with project managers and teams. Most recently, they worked at Glorium Technologies as a Business Analyst, where they facilitated and documented requirements, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and participated in Scrum ceremonies. In 2023, they joined upSWOT as a Business Analyst.
Sviatoslav Kobylchenko obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Economics from the National Technic University of Ukraine "Kyiv Politechnic" and the Institute of Applied System Analisies, where they studied from 2002 to 2008. Prior to this, they attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2002 to 2006, earning another Master's degree in Computer Science. Before their university studies, Sviatoslav attended the Physical Mathematics Lazieum in Kherson, Ukraine, from 1999 to 2002, though no degree was specified.
