With experience in roles such as Interim People Director, Head of HR, and Senior HR Business Partner, Michelle has a strong background in HR consultancy and business partnering. Michelle has also worked with companies in the energy sector, including Centrica Storage, Centrica Energy, and British Gas, demonstrating their versatility in different industries.
