Eric Grunden

Eric Grunden is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer service and operations across various technology and healthcare companies. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Uptempo since January 2023, Eric previously held the same title at ResMed and at MatrixCare. Notably, Eric contributed to Civitas Learning as Chief Customer Officer and SVP of Sales & Services, focusing on leveraging learning data to enhance student outcomes. Eric's earlier career includes significant roles at Greenway Health as Vice President of Professional Services, where responsibilities encompassed customer care and project management, and at Alteer Corporation as Director of Implementation, overseeing customer support for the eastern United States.
