Surendhar Kokilavanan is a seasoned professional in service delivery and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Uptime since May 2022. With a robust background at STARTEK as a Senior Operations Manager and previous roles including Head of Customer Service in Sri Lanka for Kaymu Asia and various managerial positions at Etisalat Lanka and Millicom (Tigo), Surendhar has extensive experience overseeing large teams and enhancing customer experience across multiple sectors, including telecom, banking, and technology. Surendhar holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and is currently pursuing an MSc in Project Management at the University of Bedfordshire.
