Yauheniya Tyler

Yauheniya Tyler is an experienced professional in the field of special education and applied behavior analysis, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Uptitude since April 2019. Prior to this role, Yauheniya managed projects as the Project Manager and Lead Therapist at The UPtitude Project from May 2014 to April 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating cross-functional teams of specialists, developing goal-oriented programs for children with complex needs, and integrating children with challenging behaviors into mainstream activities. Earlier career experience includes working as an Optical Dispenser at Costco Wholesale from August 2004 to September 2014 and serving as an Assistant Psychologist at an autism school in 2013, focusing on pupil assessment and individual educational strategies. Yauheniya holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of West London, awarded between 2011 and 2014.
