McKenna Downs

McKenna Downs has diverse work experience across various industries. McKenna started their career in 2015 as a Site Supervisor at the YMCA of Greater New York, where they demonstrated their leadership skills. In 2018, they interned at Enterprise as a Sales Management Intern, gaining exposure to sales and management practices. That same year, they also pursued a Sports Management role at SUNY Geneseo.

In 2019, McKenna joined CXtec as a Business Development Representative and later transitioned into a Business Development Executive role. McKenna played a crucial role in driving business growth and generating leads for the company until November 2020.

In addition to their role at CXtec, McKenna became the Girl's Head Basketball Coach at Upward Sports, Inc. in December 2019. McKenna showcased their passion for coaching and mentoring young athletes.

From November 2020, McKenna has been working at BHG Financial as an Associate in Institutional Relationships. McKenna continues to build strong connections and contribute to the growth of the company. Overall, McKenna has gained valuable experience in sales, management, coaching, and institutional relationships throughout their career.

McKenna Downs received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo, where they attended from 2015 to 2019.
