Aldo Carranza

Aldo Carranza has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Aldo began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance in 2006 and later worked as a Sales Representative at SYKES El Salvador in 2009. In the same year, they joined Benson Communications as a Provisioning Specialist. In 2013, they transitioned to TELUS International Central America and served in various roles including Customer Experience Analyst, Business Analyst, Learning Services Specialist, and Operations Team Leader until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Aldo worked as a Project Manager at All States Communication Services. Currently, they are employed as a Childcare Coordinator Team Lead - Childcare Benefits at Upwards.

Aldo Carranza pursued a degree in Marketing from ESI School of Management between 2017 and 2021. Prior to this, they completed studies in Business Administration and Management, General at Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado from 2005 to 2009.
