Stephanie de Leon

Stephanie De Leon, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in childcare, compliance, and clinical content development. Currently serving as a Senior Care Specialist at Upwards since June 2023, Stephanie ensures compliance of subsidy programs and provides support for families and daycare providers. In addition, Stephanie works as a Clinical Independent Contractor with Psych Hub, focusing on the development of clinically sound educational materials. Previous roles include a Compliance Analyst at Korn Ferry, overseeing research and data analytics, an Activity Director at Pacific Oaks College, and an Associate with Autism Speaks, where Stephanie counseled families and promoted autism awareness.
