Thomas Thewissen

Thomas Thewissen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and marketing across various sectors. Currently serving as the Strategy & Planning Lead at Upway since January 2023, Thomas previously held significant roles at Uber from September 2019 to December 2022, including Head of Operations for Uber Eats in New York & New Jersey and Spain, as well as Courier Pricing Lead for the US & Canada. Earlier experience includes serving as Delivery Officer for CATCH Charleroi, where responsibilities involved project implementation for job creation in the Tech sector. Thomas also worked as Marketing Manager for Uber Eats Belgium and Vente-exclusive, alongside a consulting role at Oliver Wyman, and an internship at BNP Paribas Fortis. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
