Katrina Joerg

Katrina Joerg is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in customer experience and training operations. They served as Senior Manager of CXT Strategy Ops at Upwork from 2017 to 2019, where they developed strategic initiatives to enhance customer service. Prior to that, Katrina worked at LEGO Group in various roles, including Customer Service Advisor and Seasonal Induction Trainer, and began their career as a Student Teacher at South Elementary School in 2011. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Central Connecticut State University.
