Dmitry Kochetkov

Dmitry Kochetkov is a senior researcher at the Russian Academy of Sciences focusing on the Sector of Forecast and Science & Innovation Priorities. Currently managing editor for the open-access journal "Economics of Science," Dmitry also serves as an associate professor at Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in project management and business communication. Previous roles include senior researcher at Ural Federal University, head of division for the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and a lecturer at the Higher School of Economics. Dmitry’s academic background includes a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Studies from Leiden University and a Candidate of Sciences in Economics and Management from Ural Federal University. Additional qualifications include an MBA from Moscow Business School and a degree in Foreign Language Teacher Education.
