Konstantin Ivanovskikh is an accomplished researcher and leader in the field of material science, currently serving as the Deputy Director for Research & Innovation at the Institute of Rare Metal Industry (GIREDMET) since January 2021. With extensive experience as a Senior Researcher and part-time Laboratory Manager at Ural Federal University since December 2013, Konstantin focuses on spectroscopy of rare earth doped optical materials and radiation physics. Previously, Konstantin held the position of Deputy Director for Research and Development at ANK Service LLC, one of Russia's largest accredited analytical centers. Academic experience includes a postdoctoral research role at the University of Canterbury, as well as research positions at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and Utrecht University, where emphasis was placed on solid state spectroscopy and new optical materials. Konstantin holds a PhD in Physics of Condensed Matter and an Engineer's degree in Electronics and Automation from Ural State Technical University.
