Currently employed at Urbahn Architects since February 2022, Eddy previously held positions at Dattner Architects and Montroy DeMarco Architecture LLP, where responsibilities included overseeing the Construction Administration Phase and liaising with clients. Notable contributions include detailed work on significant projects such as the $3.5 billion Baha Mar mega resort-casino and the development of high-profile residential and commercial properties across New York City. Eddy holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from The City College of New York and a Diploma in Construction Cost Estimating & Scheduling from New York University.
