Leslie Russell Winder

Leslie Russell Winder has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Leslie started their career in leading hotel companies as a Meetings & Conventions Sales Executive in 1982. Later, they worked as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Solutions for Progress, Inc from 2004 to 2015. In 2016, they served as the Chief of Staff in the Office of Councilwoman Cindy Bass in the City of Philadelphia. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Senior Director at The ROZ Group, Inc. Currently, they are the Director of Community & Economic Development at the Urban Affairs Coalition, where they focus on bringing capital to communities and strengthening nonprofits.

Leslie Russell Winder pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at Hampton University.
