Katharina Elssner

Katharina Elssner has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Buyer/Planner at Brands Fashion GmbH & Co. KG for three years before moving on to TOM TAILOR GROUP, where they served as a Junior Buyer from 2009 to 2010. Katharina then transitioned to La Curacao in 2011, where they worked as a Jr. Product Manager Communications for a year. In 2012, Elssner joined Trident Case as an Account Executive and later became the Director of European Sales. Katharina continued to gain experience in the technology industry and moved to Ingram Micro in 2014, initially serving as a Vendor Business Manager and later as a Sr Manager of Vendor Management. Most recently, Elssner joined URBAN ARMOR GEAR, LLC in 2022 as the Director of Business Development, Enterprise.

Katharina Elssner completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Welfenakademie Braunschweig, Germany, from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued an AA Export/Trade degree in Business Economics from Berufsakademie, Lüneburg, Germany, from 2005 to 2008. Alongside their education, Katharina also obtained various certifications such as Managing Office Politics, Building High-Performance Teams, Creating a Culture of Collaboration, Coaching and Developing Employees, and Customer Service Leadership from LinkedIn. Additionally, they were awarded the Presidents Club 2020 from Ingram Micro and received the Dealerscope 40 Under 40 Award of Excellence in 2020.
