Kathleen Elie is the Chief Financial Officer at Urban Arts Partnership. Kathleen has over 18 years of experience in finance and operations.

Kathleen started their career as an Office Assistant/Peer Academic Advisor at Stony Brook University. Kathleen then became a Finance Coordinator at the International Longevity Center. In 2003, they joined The Learning Project as a member of the finance team. The following year, they took on the role of Senior Finance and Operations Associate at Urban Education Exchange.

In 2006, Kathleen became the Assistant Director of Finance at Prep for Prep. Two years later, they were promoted to Director of Finance at Bronx Community Charter School. In 2010, they joined Charter School Business Management Inc. as Finance Manager. In 2013, they were promoted to Director.

Kathleen has been with Urban Arts Partnership since August 2019.

Kathleen Elie holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Baruch College, and a BA in Sociology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Their manager is Philip Courtney, CEO. They are on a team with Mike Jones - Community School Director, FHS, Genevieve King - Director of Philanthropy, and Shannon Moran - Deputy Director, Programs. and Nina Balke - Staff Accountant reports to Kathleen Elie.
