Micah Kordsmeier is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in development management and planning. Currently serving as Senior Director for Urban Atlantic in the Carolinas since September 2024, Micah previously held the role of Senior Development Manager at Hoffman & Associates, overseeing development projects in Raleigh-Durham. As an Independent Development Planning Consultant from December 2011 to August 2024, Micah provided strategic support across public, private, and non-profit sectors. Past positions include Development Manager at Ditto Residential, development management at Self-Help with substantial project accomplishments, and early roles in urban design and program coordination. Micah holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Economics, International Studies, and Spanish from The University of Tulsa.
