Johanna Monteiro has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as Adjoint administratif at Urban.brussels since December 2019. Prior to this, Johanna worked at UNIQLO as an Advanced Partner, providing client guidance and managing store operations. A background in event cleanliness was established through positions at Acanta during the Fashion Week, as well as roles at Palais des Beaux-Arts de Lille and Le Groupe La Poste, focused on visitor engagement and customer support.
