Myron Osborne

Myron joined Catesby Estates plc in March 2012 and was appointed to the Catesby main board in May 2015. He is responsible for the land team, which sources all new land for promotion, oversees the commercial elements of land promotion and handles the sale of land following the grant of planning consent.

Myron started his career with Fairclough Homes in 2004 and then moved across to Miller Homes as part of the Fairclough takeover in 2005 before joining Catesby. He has a significant track record in land acquisition and planning promotion on both brownfield and greenfield development sites across the country.

His experience also extends to the handling of large planning applications, strategic land promotion, bringing forward large-scale housing association schemes and working on urban regeneration schemes.
