Caleb Sabatka currently serves as Program Chair and Assistant Professor of Human Services Administration at the Urban College of Boston since September 2021, where responsibilities include teaching various courses in both English and Spanish, as well as developing course materials in Brightspace. Additionally, Caleb has held roles such as Senior Academic Advisor and Adjunct Faculty Member at the same institution. Prior to this, experience included working as a Student Success Advisor at Washington County Mental Health Services and as a Behavioral Interventionist, providing direct support and counseling to youth. Other positions include Supervised Visitation Monitor at Orange County Parent Child Center Inc. and Albert Schweitzer Fellow NH/VT. Caleb's education includes a Doctorate in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University, a Master of Arts in Restorative Justice from Vermont Law and Graduate School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Cross-Cultural Relations and Literary Translation from Bard College at Simon's Rock.
