Lakshmi Mukundan

Lakshmi Mukundan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business leadership and consulting. Currently serving as Business Head and Associate Vice President at Urban Company since September 2020, Lakshmi leads a consumer products business valued at over 150 Cr and manages a team of 15+ members focused on product development and supply. Prior experience includes roles as Entrepreneur In Residence and Associate Consultant at Strategy&, where Lakshmi was involved in supply chain policy transformation and growth strategy assessments for major global and national companies. Early career experience as an Application Developer at Oracle contributed to expertise in software development. Lakshmi holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), along with a Diploma in Microfinance and Entrepreneurship from the Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University.
