Currently serving as AVP - Strategy & Operations at Urban Company, Rakshit leads new product business initiatives and successfully established the 'Native by UC' brand in the D2C Home Appliances sector. Previously, Rakshit held multiple positions at Schlumberger, focusing on deep-water operations and project execution within the upstream Oil & Gas sector across India and China. Notable academic recognition includes being a distinguished scholar at the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations. Rakshit also demonstrated leadership as Head of the International and Alumni Relations Student Council at IIT Madras, facilitating significant alumni engagement and fundraising efforts.
