Alisha Lauchie' LMSW, CPS-R is a Co-Director at Urban Core Collective, overseeing strategy and support to achieve the mission of dismantling oppressive systems. Alisha is also the Owner + Creator of Gracewood Candles, providing handmade soy candles with clean fragrances. Alisha has experience as a Board Member at Catherine's Health Center, where Alisha serves as the Compliance Committee Chair. Additionally, Alisha has served in various roles related to mental health therapy and community advocacy, specializing in areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and racial equity initiatives. Alisha holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Central Michigan University.
