James McIntyre

James McIntyre is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in affordable housing and municipal finance. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Inclusive Prosperity Capital since August 2021, McIntyre focuses on innovative financing solutions for equitable energy transitions. Prior roles include Board Member at New York State Homes & Community Renewal, where McIntyre has also served as Director of Capital Markets, managing a $20+ billion affordable housing debt portfolio. McIntyre has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia | SIPA. Previous experience includes leadership positions in public finance at Neighborly and Morgan Stanley, where McIntyre was instrumental in developing top-tier affordable housing practices. McIntyre holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a certificate in Media Management from The New School.
