Carla Wright

Carla Wright is an experienced Program and Project Manager at Urban Development Corporation since August 2011, overseeing significant projects such as the Fort Clarence Beach Park Redevelopment and the National Housing Trust Inner-City Housing Project. Prior to this role, Carla worked at HEART Trust/NTA from May 2005 to August 2011 as a Projects & Partnerships Specialist, focusing on vocational training in the Early Childhood Sector and managing the Career Advancement Programme in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. Additional experience includes positions as a Planning Officer, Employment Facilitation Officer, and Marketing Representative, along with technical support roles in different sectors. Carla holds a Master's degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from New York University, a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management, and several certificates in project management and grantseeking. Educational background also includes a B.Sc. in Political Science from the University of the West Indies.
