Todd F. Brown, PMP has over three decades of experience in strategy, management operations, technology, finance, and cyber security, and is currently the Treasurer Board of Directors Elect - Finance, Executive Search, and Investments Committee for the American Diabetes Association. Todd F. is also the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Urban Edge Network, Inc. and a FINRA Arbitrator.

Todd F. Brown, PMP completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1984. Todd F. then obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December of 1994. In 2004, they attended Harvard Business School Executive Education and earned an Executive Development Certificate. In 2005, they attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management where they completed the Executive Leadership Development Program - NAMIC. In 2017, they attended the www.elcinfo.com CEO & Board Academy and completed the Executive Leadership Council's - ELC Next Generation CEO Academy Class #3.
