Helen Schultz

Ms. Schultz joined Urban Edge Properties as Senior Vice President- Deputy General Counsel in June 2022. Prior to joining Urban Edge, Ms. Schultz worked at Simon Property Group from 2012 to 2022, having most recently served as Vice President- Real Estate Counsel, where she was responsible for negotiating and drafting commercial leases with a focus on national tenant accounts across the United States and Canada in addition to numerous other real estate transactional documents and agreements. At Simon, Ms. Schultz was also responsible for managing a team of attorneys and other professionals in day-to-day leasing and legal initiatives. Before joining Simon Property Group, Ms. Schultz was an associate at the law firm Sills Cummis and Gross, P.C. in Newark, NJ, where she practiced law in the real estate practice group. Ms. Schultz is a graduate of University of Miami and has a J.D. from New York Law.
