Benjamin Spear has a background in political science and has held various roles in legislative and policy-related positions, including as a Legislative Intern for both the Massachusetts State House and the United States Congress. Currently working as a Policy Manager and Solar Policy Analyst at Urban Grid Solar, as well as serving as a Board Member at GSREIA. Prior experience includes working as a Legislative Associate at Stateside Associates and as a Guest Services Associate at Berkshire Museum. Spear's professional experience involves monitoring and researching state-level legislation, interacting with legislators and stakeholders, analyzing policy issues, and assisting with constituent concerns.
